We have made enrolment or re-enrolment very simple ... for access to view your accounts, transactions, loans and deposits it could not be easier. Just choose one of the two possible ways of enrolment . One way is to visit customer services desk at our nearest branch and ask to be enroled, you will immediately be enroled and issued with a user identity and password.

The other way of enrolment is through one of our ATMs where you can select eBank services from the main menu and enrol on the spot. The ATM will give you a user identity and a password so you can get started immediately. The password that will be issued for you is to be used as an initial Log In password as well as an initial Transaction password.

After you login for the first time you will be prompted to change the initial Log In and Transaction passwords to new passwords entered by you. The initial password that was issued to you by the enrolment process is to be used as the old Log In pasword and the old Transaction password.

If you want to pay bills and do transfers, first enrol for access to view by using one of the enrolment ways (as described above). Then, go to our branch customer services desk and ask to be promoted for transactions - in just two minutes you're all set.
