SAIB Internet Banking service allows you to view your account details and complete a host of banking transactions from the comfort of your home or office.

  • View your account(s) balance and transaction details.
  • View real-time foreign exchange rates.
  • Transfer money in Saudi Riyals and other currencies between your account(s).
  • Make 3rd party transfers to accounts within SAIB or transfer in SAUDI Riyals to beneficiaries at other local banks via the SARIE service.
  • Transfer money in foreign currencies to beneficiaries abroad via SWIFT service.
  • Pay bills via SADAD service.
  • Subscribe to initial public offerings (IPOs).
  • Pay for Ministry of Interior E-Government services.
  • Ability for point of sale (POS) merchants to view transactions at their terminals by transaction date and settlement date.
  • Report/Stop stolen ATM cards.
  • Request for an ATM replacement card.
  • Request the stop the payment of cheques.
  • Correspond with SAIB via a secure messaging service.

Eligibility Criteria
  • The Internet Banking services are available to customers holding a current, savings or salary account.
  • This service is not provided to Joint Account holders.
  • Transfer money to other customer account with SAIB.
  • Transfer money in SAR to beneficiaries with other local banks through SARIE.
Charges and Minimum Required Balance
  • Internet Banking Service is offered free of charge.
Service Standards
  • Instant enrollment in Internet Banking when the account is opened. You can enroll in SAIB Internet Banking Services either at any ATM or visiting your branch.

Application Form

Quick registration at any of our ATMs

Simply visit any of our ATMs and follow the Internet Banking registration instructions.
The ATM will issue a temporary password that you need to change at first login. Registering at the ATM allows you to view account details and make enquiries online on a 24 x 7 basis.

Activate transaction capability at any of our Branches

By registering for Internet banking at any of our Branches, you can also enroll for financial transactions, paying bills and making local and international transfers.
Registration can be completed instantaneously by simply accepting the service terms and conditions and specifying limits for financial transactions. The branch will issue you a password that you need to change at first login.
