The Saudi Investment Bank Alerts Service updates you on your account status on a real-time basis, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It allows you to receive an SMS and/or Email alert for any transaction on your account. It has the added advantage of alerting you of any fraudulent or unexpected transaction.

Features
  • By registering your mobile number and/or email address, you will receive automatic updates on the following events:
    • Any change in daily balance.
    • Any change in daily balance above a certain amount.
    • Any transaction (Debit or Credit) on the account.
    • Any transaction (Debit or Credit) on the account, above a certain amount.
  • The Alerts Service is available to subscribers of all 3 mobile companies operating in the Kingdom (Mobily, STC and Zain)
  • Registration for this service can be done at the ATM, Branch or via Internet Banking.
  • Thresholds for the SMS and Email Alerts can be changed at any SAIB Branch or via Internet Banking.

Details

Eligibility Criteria
  • You must have a transaction account with the Bank.
  • You must have a valid STC, Mobily or Zain mobile phone number to register.
Charges and Minimum Required Balance
  • The Alerts Service is offered free of charge.
Service Standards
  • The service is effective immediately post registration. You will receive an SMS confirming registration.
