ATM and POS Claims

Thank you for using The Saudi Investment Bank ATM Card.
 
In the event that you have claims relating to SPAN transactions (Point of Sale purchase or ATM Cash Withdrawal) effected on your SAIB ATM Card, you may report such claims to The Saudi Investment Bank within 180 days from the transaction date. No claims shall be entertained after 180 days.
 
We wish to remind you that your ATM Card can be used for shopping at more than 80,000 Point of Sale terminals or at any SAIB ATM to do the following:

• Cash Withdrawal
• Ministry of Interior Payments
• SADAD Bill Payment
• SARIE Fund Transfer
